Our full property management services include
- Choosing tenants: Carefully and professionally choosing your proposed tenants which includes a wide range of comprehensive background checks.
- Encourage our Investors: encourage our owners to inspect the property with us at least once a year.
- Neighbours: Meet and give business cards to the adjoining neighbours who can contact us if any issues arise with the new tenants or the property itself.
- Repair and Maintaince: We deal with all repair and maintaince issues on behalf of the landlord.
- Free advice: Use our experience to guide you thru buying or owning an investment property and the significant government legislation now in place.
